Whether you are browsing my site or visiting my art in person, I am always open to connecting with you. If you have any specific questions please do not hesitate to contact me!

1. May I exchange my item(s) for something different?

I cannot offer exchanges unless I have shipped you the wrong item. If this happens to you, please reach out! Thank you for understanding.

2. Can I return my item if I don't like it?

If you like it online you will love your print or original. I can not offer returns because items are typically specifically made for you.

3. My item arrived damaged - will you replace it?

To provide you with a new print or painting due to shipping damages, you must ship the damaged piece back to me. You will pay shipping for the damaged item to be returned. For original paintings, I will fix the painting itself and for prints I will likely be able to send you a new one. Sarah E Bott – Art is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
